Central Carwash has been in the same location since 1952. It started as a small carwash when automobiles were washed by hand. Over the years additions were made to enlarge the facility and bring it up to modern standards. For example, converting the brushes to all cloth wash. Central Carwash has one of the largest tunnel in New England (over 150 ft. long). Installing the latest equipment has resulted in a more efficient and effective opertation. The owner has made substantial renovations to the carwash. Some features include: Four outside wash bays, several self serve vaccuums and shampoo stations, and a state-of-the-art car wash computer system.
